Who We Are
TRS Staffing Solutions was set up in 1982 to supply contractors to a leading EPCM contractor for its own international projects. Large, flexible workforces of contractors with a focus on technical and professional skills were required, and TRS Staffing Solutions was created to fulfill this requirement.
From this history our organisation has developed a broad market base and a sound reputation for providing high quality professional services to our clients. TRS’s reputation for tracking down hard-to-find skills soon attracted the attention of other companies in the field and we began supplying staff and contractors throughout the energy, construction and chemical industries.
The TRS Australia office was set up to provide an additional platform to further help source and supply skilled staff and contractors to clients both in Australia and internationally. Since then we have extended our network of clients and candidates and we are now actively supporting project sites across the world including mainland Europe, the United States, the Middle East, Africa, Australia and South East Asia. Our strength lies in the origins of TRS Staffing where we benefit from practical and professional experience throughout our service delivery processes.
We currently have over 4500 contractors around the world and we manage 270 vendor/second-tier agency suppliers internationally.
