Who We Are
TRS Staffing Solutions was set up in 1982 to supply staff to a leading US EPCM contractor for its own international projects. A large, flexible workforce of contractors with a focus on technical and professional skills was required, and so TRS Staffing Solutions was created to fulfil this requirement.
TRS’s reputation for tracking down these hard-to-find skills soon attracted the attention of other companies in the field and we began supplying staff throughout the energy, construction and chemical industries.
The Dublin and Cork offices were set up in 2005 to provide a further platform to help TRS source and supply skilled staff to clients both in the Ireland and internationally. Since then we have extended our network of clients and candidates and we are now actively supporting project sites across Ireland, mainland Europe, the US, Canada, the Middle East, Asia and Australasia.
We currently have over 4500 contractors around the world and we manage 271 vendor/second-tier agency suppliers internationally.
