TRS Craft Services is currently hiring Car Wash Attendants at clients' Jersey Village location.

Job Details and Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and guide them through the car wash process.
  • Scrub heavily soiled and hard to reach areas of vehicles, and pre-wash exterior areas of cars.
  • Carry out periodic maintenance of equipment used in washing to keep them in proper working order.
  • Perform cleaning of facility and ensure everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
  • Move or direct cars into the wash area with a pleasant, focused, and competent attitude.
  • Carry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the wash area.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to in carrying out given tasks daily.
  • Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hung.
  • With a sense of urgency, ensure the right thing is done at the right time with customers, office, and fellow teammates.
  • Perform exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles using specialized equipment and cleaning agents.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash bay, equipment, and surrounding areas.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to the management.
  • Always adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the management.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Basic Job Requirements:
  • Ability to meet pre-employment requirements.
  • Valid Driver License.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is REQUIRED.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.

Pay Range - $10-13/hr DOE (To be discussed with your Recruiter)

Schedule - Flexible Schedule, Open 7 days from 8am to 6pm
