Job Location: Mumbai
Job Type: 12 months renewable contract
Years of experience: 5 - 15 Years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Basic Qualifications:
- Analyze variances in cost performance against the plan, and communicate the reasons for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to Project Management.
- As Lead Cost review project profit recognition and provide evaluation of opportunities with management.
- Contribute to the proposal efforts for cost activities.
- Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baseline.
- Implement the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures to ensure that data are converted correctly from the original estimate to the Project Control system to monitor and control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract.
- Plan and organize the setup of project baseline in project controls system, and implement a plan to track against the baseline on a regular basis.
- Significant technical knowledge and practical experience with applicable software systems, such as: Management tools for Cost, Change, and Progress.
- Good experience in Infrastructure/data center project experience.
- Project cost control experience required.
