Job Accountabilities :
Experience
- 15 Years Experience
- Basic Thru Commissioning Phases
- Pre-tender design
- PDP FEED execution
- Project Controls: Scheduling, effort hours, progress, productivity
- Secondment/assignment
- FEED >100k hours
- Technically abreast
- Procurement support/BEA
Job Skills:
- Deep knowledge of relevant international codes i.e. ASME, API,TEMA, PIP, standards
- Deep Knowledge of Thermal design and use of HTRI and Compress software
- Capability to interpret project standards( SESs), specifications, analyse exceptions
- In-depth knowledge of procedures and practices for developing mechanical eng deliverables
- In-depth knowledge of Exchanger type selection, equipt data sheets, materials, layouts
- Quality: auditing and gate reviews
- Procurement: RFP/PO Packages, TB Evaluations, award
- Supplier Drawings and Documentation review
- Value Engineering practices, techniques
- Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis
- Vendor Support Management
- PDP proposal preparation FEED
- Training Coaching and Mentoring
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering
