Who We Are
TRS Staffing Solutions was set up in 1982 to supply staff to a leading US EPCM contractor for its own international projects. A large, flexible workforce of contractors with a focus on technical and professional skills was required, and so TRS Staffing Solutions was created to fulfil this requirement.
TRS’ reputation for tracking down these hard-to-find skills soon attracted the attention of other companies in the field and we began supplying staff throughout the energy, construction and chemical industries.
The Middle Eastern office was set up in 2006 to provide a further platform to help TRS source and supply skilled staff to clients both in the Middle East, Asian and African nations.
Our candidate database, which currently counts over 400,.000 qualified candidates, can cater to the needs of any client within the energy, chemicals, manufacturing, rail and infrastructure industriesy.
We currently have more than 4500 contractors around the world and we manage 271 vendor/second-tier agency suppliers internationally.
