Who We Are
TRS Staffing Solutions was set up in 1982 to supply staff to a leading US EPCM contractor for its own international projects. A large, flexible workforce of contractors with a focus on technical and professional skills was required, and so TRS Staffing Solutions was created to fulfil this requirement.
TRS’s reputation for tracking down these hard-to-find skills soon attracted the attention of other companies in the field and we began supplying staff throughout the energy, construction and chemical industries.
TRS Staffing Solutions has been operational in South Africa since 1994 under the trading name Tekton Resources, an engineering recruitment consultancy that provides a variety of Human Resource solutions designed to assist our clients and temporary employees to achieve maximum value in their industry.
With the need to become one recognised group globally, the trading name Tekton Resources was done away with at the end of 2003 and TRS Staffing Solutions (SA) (Pty) Ltd was re-instated.
