Who We Are
TRS Staffing Solutions was set up in 1982 to supply staff to a leading EPCM contractor for its own international projects. A large, flexible workforce of contractors with a focus on technical and professional skills were required, and so TRS Staffing Solutions was created to fulfil this requirement.
TRS’s reputation for tracking down these hard-to-find skills soon attracted the attention of other companies in the field and we began supplying staff throughout the energy, construction and chemical industries.
The office in The Netherlands was set up in 1992 to provide a further platform to help TRS source and supply skilled staff to clients both in The Netherlands and internationally. Since then we have extended our network of clients and candidates and we are now actively supporting project sites across the Netherlands, Europe, the US, Canada, the Middle East, Asia and Australasia.
We currently have over 350 contractors in The Netherlands, more than 4500 around the world and we manage 250 vendor/second tier agency suppliers internationally.
