Who We Are
TRS Staffing Solutions (US) was set up in 1982 to supply staff to a leading US Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management contractor for its own international projects. A large, flexible workforce of contractors with a focus on technical and professional skills was required, and so TRS Staffing Solutions was created to fulfill this requirement.
TRS’s reputation as an engineering recruitment agency and ability to track down these hard-to-find skills soon attracted the attention of other companies in the field and we began supplying candidates throughout the energy, construction and chemical industries.
Since 1982 we have extended our network of clients and candidates and we are now actively supporting project sites across the US, the UK, mainland Europe, Canada, the Middle East, South Africa, Australia and South East Asia.
We currently have placed over 1,200 contractors in the US, more than 4500 around the world and we work with 271 vendor/second-tier agency suppliers internationally.
