The project involved the construction of a new advanced hydrocracker at a major refinery in the Netherlands. The unit was designed to upgrade heavier hydrocarbon products into higher-value products, including Group II base stocks and ultra-low-sulphur diesel.
TRS Solution: TRS provided temporary and contingent workforce support through design and construction, including full construction-team sourcing, role-based rate benchmarking and workforce administration arrangements covering overtime, shift working and weekend operations.
