​Lindsey has over a decade of recruitment industry experience.

She has received extensive training with a focus on talent development, advanced recruitment techniques, and diversity & inclusion.

Supporting companies across the Automotive, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Product manufacturing space, Lindsey provides her clients with retained search, direct-hire, and contract recruiting services, tailored to their individual need.

Lindsey joined TRS in 2015 as an Engineering Recruitment Consultant and now manages Training & Development across the upstate of South Carolina and beyond.
