Inventory Cycle Counter

We are currently interviewing candidates for an open Inventory Cycle Counter with a large Distribution client in the Jedburg area. This is a Contract to Hire position working 4- 10 hour shifts. Please read the job description below and apply today for consideration!

Shift: MON, TUES, THURS, FRI from 5am to 4:30!

Job Responsibilities
Must be able to drive a Stand Up Forklift
Performs daily cycle counts on the items assigned
Reconciles counts within ASW (WM) system
Identifies the causes of inventory discrepancies
Makes recommendations to correct recurring errors
Reports results of audits to management on a regular basis
Other duties as requested or needed

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and a minimum of twelve months warehouse/inventory related experience and/or training
Forklift certification required
Experience using RF (radio frequency) devise and Warehouse Management System desired
Must be a self-starter, ambitious and highly motivated
Ability to work independently within established parameters and meet deadlines
Ability to reason and solve problems
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively in English
Knowledge of basic math skills and some computer experience
Ability to use a calculator and perform basic math calculations accurately
Detail oriented
Experience with cycle counting a plus.
