1st Shift Maintenance Material Planner
Come work for the newest automotive facility in Charleston SC. The plant is within driving distance to the beach!
Assist maintenance supervisors and maintenance planner in planning and scheduling of all materials for maintenance activities for the facility. Maintain material records in SAP for maintenance. Work with engineering, production, and maintenance personnel in organizing and maintaining indirect material including spare parts and tooling.
Required Education and Experience
1. High School Diploma or GED and/or at least ten (5) years of equivalent experience
2. Must be familiar with computer applications and/or controlled systems
3. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite programs
4. Must be familiar with Lean Manufacturing principles
5. Must be familiar with plant operations and equipment
6. Knowledge of job-related product information
7. Knowledge of total productive maintenance principles (TPM)
8. Must be able to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
9. Must be familiar with OSHA, NIOSH, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
10. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office computer software applications
11. Must be familiar with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements
12. Must be familiar with Statistical Process Control
13. Must have working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical power transmission systems.
14. Must be proficient with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
15. Must be proficient with SAP
