We are searching for an experienced Electrician/Maintenance Technician who is also
able to read hydraulic schematics, has calculated power and knows about gearboxes.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting equipment controls
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
• Experience working on Mills, Lathes, Brake Presses and other manual Fabrication machines
• Experience with Conveyors and Rack Systems
• Perform PM’s per schedule and training received
• Performing minor electrical wiring and plumbing on facility as needed
• Proven metal fabrication skills involving welding, cutting and construction
• Tool and die a ++
• Hydraulics a +
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Required Qualifications:
• Prefer experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial facility
• Proven mechanical abilities to troubleshoot and repair machines
• Proven electrical skills to diagnose and repair electrical equipment
• Proven understanding of metal fabrication, skills involving welding, cutting and construction
• Proven experience utilizing shop power tools safely
• Lockout / Tag out training and practical knowledge
• Commitment to working safely, performing quality work, and respond timely to internal customers
• Ability to read, write, and orally communicate in English
• Able to safely lift 50 pounds
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical ability, and background check.
