TRS Craft Services is currently seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator in Glendora, CA


JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Manufacturing Coordinator ensures continuous production output by understanding the requirements of each unique step in the manufacturing process
• The Manufacturing Coordinator oversees production lines from resource planning thru to final product inspection
• The role requires an understanding of chemistry, lab equipment, and math where the Coordinator will utilize laboratory instruments daily to manufacture products
• Together with the Supply Chain Team, the Manufacturing Coordinator prepares a production plan to advance the product thru the manufacturing process
• The roles seeks to improve work order flow by understanding production activities, resource availability, and equipment capacity
• This department participates in strategic cross-functional activities with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Shipping, and Receiving to ensure a smooth flow of material thru the supply chain
• The Manufacturing Coordinator commits to all Company policies including general safety, manufacturing, and quality procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma and AA, or Certificate Program Completion is a plus
• Five years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment /clean room experience preferred
• Proficient in Production Scheduling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with mixing, distillation, separation, and processing of liquid materials
• Strong attention to detail and to a strategic approach
• Basic computer skills working with E-mail, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Oracle are a plus
