TRS is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for an automated building systems installation company in South Carolina!
* Base salary plus a generous commission structure *
Responsibilities Include:
• Strategically target and engage new clients, in the industrial, commercial, and government sectors
• Become an expert on features and opportunities of the Automated Logic system and other vendor lines
• Provide automated HVAC solutions to customers across the midlands and coastal regions of South Carolina
• Build lasting business relationships, emphasizing continued service contracts and referral-based business development
• Work with Estimating Department in gathering necessary information and preparing proposals, responses and contract documentation
• Negotiate contracts and pricing structure with clients and sub-contractors
• Give training presentations and product demonstrations to new and prospective clients
• Answer technical questions internally from technician and externally from customers
• Regional travel to client sites for integration or networking purposes
• Achieve and surpass quarterly and yearly sales quotas
Requirements Include:
• Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in BAS, DDC, or HVAC controls
• Technical/Trade Schooling Preferred (HS Diploma Required)
• Experience with Automated Logic product line preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and have the ability to clear DOD screening to gain access to secure areas
