- Do you have Plastic Injection Molding Experience?
- 3-5 years manufacturing experience in injection molding
- Experience with Husky, and/or Netstal machines preferred
$18-$26/hr
3rd shift 7p-7a
3-2-2-3 shifts (2 weekends off a month)
1.0 Education
1.1 High school diploma is preferred
2.0 Skills
2.1 Good mathematical skills
2.2 Mechanical aptitude
2.3 Good oral/written communication skills
2.4 Intermediate computer skills
2.5 Ability to troubleshoot equipment
2.6 Ability to lift 35 pounds unassisted and stand for 12 hours
3.0 Experience
3.1 3-5 years manufacturing experience in injection molding
3.2 Experience with Husky, and/or Netstal machines preferred
4.0 Responsibilities
4.1 Ensures that all work undertaken is carried out safely and without injury
4.2 Ensures that all food safety issues are reported to the appropriate manager or supervisor
4.3 Ensures machines are running as per production schedule
4.4 Responding to machine alarms
4.5 Documentation of quality checks at set intervals
4.6 Initiate corrective action for non-conformances
4.7 Documentation of production paperwork
4.8 Documentation of process adjustments
4.9 Packaging and tagging of product
4.10 Troubleshooting of process and accessory equipment
4.11 Preventative maintenance of molds as prescribed
4.12 Daily and weekly sanitizing of machines and molds
4.13 Changeover of machines for different products
4.14 Issuing work orders for machine, molds, and safety issues
4.15 Dispose of scrap into proper containers
4.16 Housekeeping duties performed throughout shift
4.17 Good manufacturing practices are followed at all times
4.18 Duties as assigned per production supervisor
4.19 Document machine issues in OPS tracker
4.20 Lines set up and verified per Docushare
4.21 Documentation of master cleaning schedules
4.22 Backup supervisor as required
