QA Manager
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring "Customer Satisfaction" through Survey, Timely responses, PPM and issues.
• Develop root cause Corrective Action Plans to address all noncompliance items
• Continuously improve the systems of capturing customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Train Team Members and Audit compliance of QMS
• Focus on built in quality at all processes
• Complete and monitor quality through APQA, PPAP and Control plans
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Experience in automotive parts manufacturing environment with process understanding of foundry and machining
• Strong experience in leading large or small teams
• APQA experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience in QA
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and management skills
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelors of Science degree
