We are currently recruiting Support Specialists (full or part-time) to join our Client's industry leading service team. Our client is a market leader in the digital print industry. Customer satisfaction is critical to the success of our business. As a result, the candidate should have excellent communication skills enabling them to build strong working relationships with customers and fellow team members alike.
Role and Responsibilities
Our client has a fast paced, innovative, entrepreneurial and rewarding working environment. The successful candidate should have a passion for delivering excellent customer service as well as a positive can-do attitude, great organizational skills and display attention to detail.
Based in our Charleston office the successful candidate will join a small but dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to all customer service requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Document and detail customer concern and resolve to the customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information utilizing available resources.
Maintaining open communication channels
