About the role
The key aspects to this role are as follows:
Supporting unmanaged channel partners and enabling them to create and close opportunities.
Identify enablement opportunities in a scalable for the unmanaged partners to ensure partner salespeople are trained, enabled and confident to sell the Company solution.
Utilise scalable means such as events to drive partner adoption of Company services and bring the message to their customers.
Managing and enabling the 50 seat or less existing customers to ensure they are programmatically managed and aware of our value and offerings. If this is done correctly, it will unlock additional upsell and revenue opportunity.
Managing and owning the 50 seat or less new business opportunities and processing/managing of the order placing process.
You will also be working alongside the Sales Director working on the CRM system to ensure the pipeline is aligned and various stages are correctly represented.

An individual with a high level of energy, ability to handle a diverse range of tasks, self-motivating and a driven self-starter to ensure we manage the SME base of the business.
Unmanaged partners (+300) reactive and program driven
- Partner portal: support; training and management
- Partner enablement and support on training, new products, product knowledge, etc.
- Partner agreement management
Customers & Prospects below 50 seats (+2000) reactive and program driven
- Upsell - Product
- New business quotes, value proposition and partner support
Programmes tracking and management
- Call down day and lead management reports
- Scalable O365 programs
Internal Sales Support
- Internal quote support
- Netsuite management, leads, opportunities and prospects
- Sub 50 seat new business deal management
- HEX orders and MSP Portal support
Essential Skills and Experience:
Within this corporate IT environment, you will be required to have:
