TRS Staffing Solutions are currently looking for experienced Contracts Administrator with extensive experience within the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry and has worked on multi billion Petrochemical projects either on PMC or EPC/M forms of contract. Our client is one of the world leading EPCM / PMC Contractors specializing in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries. They are currently the PMC Contractor for a mega billion dollar Petrochemical / Refinery new build project in Malaysia

The individual should have worked as a Contracts Administrator on at least two large scale mega billion dollar projects in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Industry.


• Assists in the preparation, review, and administration of contractual proposals relating to projects.
• Responsible for preparing bids and negotiating specifications for materials, equipment, manpower, or other construction services.
• Secures all necessary approvals and ensures that standard company procedures are followed
• Checking Contractor invoices and obtaining approvals
• Handling correspondence to and from contractors
• Issuing site instructions to Contractors and obtaining contractor costing
• Development of recommendation for contract variation (RFV) documentation and obtaining approvals

Qualification and background

• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and site management skills
• Minimum 5 years + experience in a similar role
• 5 years plus experience in the Oil and Gas / Petrochemical industry
