TRS Staffing Solutions are currently looking for experienced Contracts Administrator with extensive experience within the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry and has worked on multi billion Petrochemical projects either on PMC or EPC/M forms of contract. Our client is one of the world leading EPCM / PMC Contractors specializing in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries. They are currently the PMC Contractor for a mega billion dollar Petrochemical / Refinery new build project in Malaysia
The individual should have worked as a Contracts Administrator on at least two large scale mega billion dollar projects in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Industry.
Assists in the preparation, review, and administration of contractual proposals relating to projects.
Responsible for preparing bids and negotiating specifications for materials, equipment, manpower, or other construction services.
Secures all necessary approvals and ensures that standard company procedures are followed
Checking Contractor invoices and obtaining approvals
Handling correspondence to and from contractors
Issuing site instructions to Contractors and obtaining contractor costing
Development of recommendation for contract variation (RFV) documentation and obtaining approvals
Qualification and background
Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
Strong team player with good interpersonal and site management skills
Minimum 5 years + experience in a similar role
5 years plus experience in the Oil and Gas / Petrochemical industry
