A Leading Engineering, Procurement and Construction company are recruiting for Contracts Engineers to work on pre award work and be based in Surrey/Hampshire on a large Oil&Gas project.
As Contracts Engineer you will be assisting with the entire pre-award contracting process of project RFP packages to include Scopes of Work and associated Exhibits and Attachments, Commercial Terms and Conditions of Contract; obtain client approval to issue RFP package; bid clarification meetings, receipt and evaluation of bids: preparation of award recommendation and conforming final Contract documents - all in accordance with Project procedures. The majority of the contract will be Early Work related.
The successful candidate will have extensive previous experience as a Contracts Engineer in the Oil&Gas sector preferably working for an EPC Contractor. It is essential that you have demonstrable pre contract award experience.
