We currently seek a high caliber Facilities Coordinator for a direct hire position within our client's team of experienced professionals. Based in Greenville, SC, you will be working for one of the world's leading operations and maintenance firm. General Duties (include but not limited to): Act as primary contact person for client coordinator and other IBM employees usingthe facility Compile monthly report Reconcile freight invoices Post legal posters Sign in/out LCD A/V equipment and assist in troubleshooting A/V equipment asneeded Manage the canteen refund Monthly fire extinguisher inspection Submit work orders Move paper boxes Support the conference groups as needed when meetings are held (need cords, helpwith A/V equipment, general customer service, etc.) Assist instructors regarding readiness of classrooms for customer use Arrange for cleanup of classrooms or meeting rooms after use CAS badge zone administration, security administration Auditable Badge administration, e.g. manage assignment of temporary badges tovisitors Manage customer access to facility, e.g. by meeting and signing in customers forbriefings or workshops (could be instructor) Schedule enforcement for conference rooms and professional cube use; occasionallyset up conference rooms Coffee station maintenance Assist with catering for customer and IBM events (delivery, assisting caterers insetting up and taking down food, etc.) Telephone problem installation and problem support / reporting Mail room handling including printer / fax maintenance, purchasing stationery /supplies, output distribution Maintain confidentialityMinimum Job Requirements Experience: 2-4 years administrative, shipping, or receiving, A/V, or related fields Ability to complete heavy physical labor (pushing, pulling, lifting objects up to 50 lbs.)
