TRS is seeking an experienced Project Manager with automated HVAC experience, for a client in Asheville, NC! * Generous quarterly bonus potential and a company vehicle included! *Responsibilities Include:• Manage needed manpower and meet project schedule by assigning daily work to Technicians, managing time-off schedule, and coordinating progress and job needs with sub-vendors, mechanical contractors, and other key personnel• Maintain a good working knowledge of the project by participating in sales turnover meetings, tracking changes and revisions to project, making necessary jobsite visits, and continuously reviewing contract documents and specs• Ensure seamless interface between departments by communicating deadlines and scheduling needs with engineering, service, and administrative departments • Address, respond, and resolve conflict in a timely manner by providing and maintaining proper documentation, generating and tracking RFIs, and handling any disciplinary action when required• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships• Maintain a proper cash flow by submitting schedule of values, monthly billing percentages, reporting change orders, and supporting collection when needed• Follow all safety standards while adhering to company safety manualRequirements Include:• Technical/Trade Schooling Preferred (HS Diploma Required)• 5-7 Years of Construction Project Management experience• Automated HVAC experience preferredWritten Controls Test, Background Check, and Drug Screen RequiredWe appreciate all interest in this position, however only those candidates who most closely match the job description will be contacted to discuss a potential interview.
