We currently seek a Project Administrator - Mile Marker Administrator a for a 18-24 month contract position within our client's team of experienced professionals. The project location is Marcus Hook, PA.
This position will report to the Planning Lead and be back-up to Area Planners / Schedulers.
Major responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Develops process to report timely and accurate engineered quantities versus estimated baseline quantities and develops forecast quantities based on IFC drawings as required (isometrics, commodity summaries).
Responsible for loading Project Control Base Estimate quantities and Direct Contractor's work hour resources into MileMarker Program.
Establishes and maintains integrity of standard construction milestones and quantity activity progress weightings.
Supports schedule integration between MileMarker and Primavera P6.
Gathers field progress and installed quantity data from Quantity Surveyors for MileMarker progress reporting.
Supports development, timeliness and accuracy of the reporting process, including progress report summary and construction progress curves.
Provides reconciliation between Change Management, Progress and Direct Contractor reported installed quantities and work hours.
Provides periodic progress audits.
In general, ensures MileMarker integrity and accuracy of the MileMarker Program.
BS Degree or 1-2 years of construction administration experience
Strong experience using MS Office products including Excel and Word
