Job Title: Property/FM Portfolio Manager
Location: Fourways, Johannesburg
Contract/ Perm: Perm

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the portfolio using the MDA platform
Management of monthly tenant invoices and recoveries.
Compilation of monthly performance reports per property against approved budget using MDA.
Assist the M.D. with the compilation of annual budgets per property on MDA.
Liaise with Property Accountant to ensure monthly financials are accurately updated on MDA.
Manage area rentals.
Deal with all tenant queries.
General leasing administration and management including filling vacancies.
Keep 3rd party service contracts up to date and manage SLA's of same.
Act as point of entry for all F.M. call outs and emergency repairs.
Keep preventative maintenance agreements for capital equipment up to date so warranties don't lapse.
Liaise with private property owners, agents, brokers in the property industry.
Maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers including local authorities.
General administrative duties as required from time to time to assist the Managing Director.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience on the MDA Property Management platform. A tertiary qualification in the Building Sciences or related property field would be a decided advantage.
A minimum of 3 years working experience in the property industry.
Must have a natural entrepreneurial drive and acumen.

Needs a strong ability to establish and build relationships and networks
The successful candidate must have a code 08 driver's license and own vehicle
