Job details

? Bachelor of Architecture or equal degree
? 10 years of experience in Architecture or related AEC industry
? Expert user in Revit Architecture with Autodesk certification
? Experience working one on one with users
? Experience working within groups to develop and manage strategies for improvement
? Collaboration experience with engineers and contractors
? Experience training Revit Architecture within a large firm environment
? Experience developing Revit templates and custom Revit components
? Support: provide daily support to project teams
? Power User Group: lead and manage the Power User Group
? Templates: manage the monthly Revit template update with the Power User Group.
? Content Creation: manage the Revit family library and lead the Content Development Group
? Software Deployment and Updates: Work with the IT department to manage the deployment of Revit and other
ancillary BIM tools.
? Tools: work with Project Delivery Department to continue researching and developing efficiency add-on tools that
streamline our Project Delivery process.
? Training: The Revit manager will be responsible for overall Revit training programs throughout the firm to include:
o Set-up course curriculum / schedule
o Coordinate firm wide Revit training
o Train and mentor the company ""Power User"" group
o Lead advanced training with each team
o New employee training: Create and implement training for new team members as they join the firm
o Monthly formal group training
o Monthly continued training
? Standards and Continuous Improvement: The Revit manager will work with the Project Delivery department to:
o Set firm BIM standards.
o promote innovation and continuous improvement
o participate in Revit/BIM organizations and national Autodesk events
o Meet with engineering consultants and contractors to refine BIM processes
