QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Matric certificate is essential.
Sales or related tertiary qualification an advantage.
Minimum of 5 Year's Sales experience in Stainless, Aluminium and Carbon Steel.
Candidate must have an active Debtors book of at least ±R1,5 million, for the products mentioned above
Candidate to be familiar with and operate within the South Coast and Durban Central area (Kokstad - Port Edward - Durban)
Computer Literacy essential
Microsoft Excel knowledge essential.
SYSPRO knowledge an advantage.
Ability to communicate on all levels.
Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
Must be able to actively negotiate and communicate with all customers.
Driven, enthusiastic, business orientated
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work under pressure
Own vehicle and Code 8 driver's license.
Proven track record.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure increased customer awareness and maintain / increase market share.
Ensure optimal growth by providing excellent customer service.
Meet and improve annual budgets - inherit requirement
Client queries are responded to timeously / followed-up / resolved.
Deliveries are followed up on whenever necessary.
Written (typed) quotations are provided to customers in a professional manner.
Customers are visited on a regular basis and new accounts sort out (cold calling).
Call reports to be submitted weekly (hard copy / electronic).
Ensure customer credit limits are in line with budgeted sales and reviewed regularly.
Uphold the Company's code of ethics and standard practices.
SALARY / REMUNERATION
R240,000 Total CTC per annum, inclusive of the following benefits:
