Stakeholder Management:
• To ensure that stakeholders are well informed at all times and to establish a free flow of information
• Managing relationships with Business Unit Department Personnel, Stores, Shipping Department, Shared Services, Customers, Suppliers and Finance Department
Implementation of approved SHEQ Management system :
• To ensure that Client Invoices are handled correctly on time
• Receive Client requirements after Tender has been awarded to Company
• Compile files with necessary site Safety Management Plan
• Discuss Safety aspects of Project with the Client when required
• Submit plan to Client for approval
• After approval, receive guidelines from client that we need to comply with
• Design Safety Management System to comply with Mine Audit Procedure
• Ensure that SHEQ Policies & Procedures in place
Systems Audit:
• Schedule and Monitor Systems Audit
Process Audit:
• Plan Process Audit
• Schedule and Monitor Process Audit
• Ensure Tools, Equipment, Resources and application of Methods
Compliance Audit:
• Schedule and Monitor Compliance Audit
• Ensure Legal Compliance
• Ensure Legal Appointments are in place
• Ensure Registers are up to date
Auditing:
• To ensure that Audits on site are done accurately and on time and follow-up on non-conformances
• Comply with Mining Standards, self-audits done every second week, SHEQ and Environmental audits (internal)
• External audits from the Client are done monthly of SHEQ system and every 3 months on environmental safety system
• Compile files with necessary site safety management plan
• Discuss Safety aspects of project with client when required
• Submit plan to client for approval
• After approval, receive guidelines from client that we need to comply with
• Design safety management system to comply with mine audit procedure
Meeting:
• To ensure bonds are managed according to the right procedure
• Present Daily Team meetings to discuss work in progress as required
• Present Weekly Project meetings with Clients
• Present Monthly internal Site meeting to discuss general daily issues
• Present Monthly Forum 1 - general project managers meeting with client
• Present Forum 2 with client resident Engineer meeting to discuss all Safety and work related issues
• Present Forum 3 meeting with client (Health & Safety meeting)
Compensation Commissioner Documentation:
• To ensure Compensation Commissioner Documentation are in place and that Payments are made accurately on time
• Ensure Documentation is in place e.g.. Letter of Good Standing for Workmanship Compensation
Sub-contractors:
• To ensure that Sub-contractor files are updated regularly
• Check and Manage Safety files of Sub-contractor
• Ensure Legal Appointments are signed and the Health & Safety written Agreement are signed by both parties
• Ensure Plan Tasks Observations are performed by Supervisors of Sub-contractors
