PRIMARY DUTIES (as they pertain to the specific area of responsibility):
Operates a programmable robot to ensure parts are straightened within established guidelines and specifications.
Changes and verifies programs as part of part number change-over process
Installs and removes part specific tooling and fixtures.
Performs specified in-process quality checks including dimensional verifications
Packs final product in customer-owned containers
Follows standard work processes/procedures
Completes documentation associated with work station
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: minimum of 3 years of high volume production/manufacturing experience preferably related to metal blanking, milling, and forming
Successful completion of LMS Safety Training
Computer skills (Visual, Microsoft Excel, Word and Open Bar)
