Our Client is looking for a Territory Manager/Regional Sales Manager for their Auction's branch in Texas to solicit, win, close and service consignment and purchased package transactions associated with construction equipment, energy services equipment, and transportation equipment at a targeted return from both end user and vendor sources within an assigned geographic territory. Potential to earn a high sales income.
Our ideal Territory Sales Manager candidate will increase our success by:
Developing and qualifying leads
Facilitating all stages of the sale
Generating revenue through sales with new and existing customers
Provide referrals to other businesses units - cross sell
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to help manage daily contacts and follow-ups
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and prospects
Travel to prospective and existing customer offices for face-to-face calls

Territory Manager Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of industry-related skill, knowledge, or experience is preferred.
Knowledge of sales, marketing, business and management principles.
Excellent communication skills - over the phone, inter-personnel, customer service and with vendors
o Ability to read, write, and speak English at a professional level
Maintain a current driver's license
o Access to an automobile in full operating condition
o Access to a cell phone
o Access to a personal credit card for business expenses - business expenses are reimbursed monthly.
Ability to see the computer screen and drive safely
Extensive travel - including driving 30,000-40,000 miles per year
Must pass pre-employment testing - a drug screen, background check and other tests as determined
