Superintendent, Electrical TPSS/OCS

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Electrical Superintendent with a specialization in TPSS and Overhead Catenary to join our client’s team in Toronto, ON!

Responsibilities
As an Electrical Superintendent your experience will be focused in TPSS/OCS within LRT projects. This role will support a transit infrastructure project in the Toronto area.
• As a member of the project team, you will be in charge of all on site activities on a daily basis; material quantities, inspections and maintenance of equipment.
• Ability to monitor productivity issues and work performance ensuring project plans and schedules are followed on time and on budget.
• Participate in development of construction plans, schedules, budgets and manage sub contractor activities; compliance, design, field engineering and construction activities.
• Strong aptitude for quality standards in workmanship and use of project materials.
• Background in High Voltage Systems including transmission and substation installations; knowledge of transit systems

Qualifications
• Degree/ Diploma in Construction or equivalent
• P.Eng is a nice to have but not a must
• 6-10 years of Electrical industry experience
• Must have construction experience in heavy Electrical and Civil projects
