We are looking for a competent Help desk profile to provide fast and useful assistance on our Datawarehouse related systems. You will receive request/issues related to our Business Intelligence / Database computer systems, and determine what kind of issue it is and forward it to the proper department for its resolution.
Is desirable to have experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products (Ofimática), and databases.
Good understanding of computer systems, and the software development cycle.
Proficiency in English
Excellent communication skills
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
Universitary degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field is considered a plus.
