They are hiring a full-time Administrative and Finance Manager. This position will ensure that all administrative and finance related activites are managed timely and efficiently. Experience aligned salary will apply within the R 27 000 - R 35 000 range. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
The Key Performance Indicators for this individual includes:
Overseeing all departmental financial activities
Co-managing company budget on projects
Preparing of monthly management accounts
Overseeing wages and salaries to sign off and load for payments
Co-ordinating with various stakeholders and departments to compile reports
Overseeing all business units in order to ensure effective team management
Conducting and advice on B-BBEE related activities
Analyse systems and process in order to improve efficiency
Overseeing yearly financial audit
Submitting monthly EMP201's and annual and bi annual EMP501 submission.
The position is based in the Western Cape, Maitland area.
