Status of Hire: full-time/direct hire, hourly
Salary: $17/hr
Requirements:
• Minimum of Associates degree with some experience in a small size manufacturing environment regarding data entry.
• Must be well organized, like repetitive work and possess integrity, honesty, superior attention to detail, customer-service skills, solid communication skills, both written and verbal, be flexible and work well in diverse team as well as individually, be comfortable training with someone as well as self-training based on hand-out materials.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office business software required with ERP-software experience as a plus.
Job Description:
Administrative support, such as basic data entry into “LN” (Infor-LN, ERP-system) related to customers, vendors. Works along with the Accounting team and CFO on variety of below tasks as assigned.
Administrative Duties:
• Responsible for entering of new business partners (customers/vendors) in database in “LN” and ensuring that all info is available (soft and hard copy); project based work to bring current database up to date and maintain afterwards; contact with customers/vendors/Sales team to obtain critical data; record keeping to be in compliance
• Sales Representatives: contact new sales representatives, process the paperwork, confirm all is in place, obtain their W-9 and submit information for online set-up on company website
• Company credit cards: assist in managing online system, obtaining, reviewing of expense reports, and bookkeeping accounts
• Communication: answering main phone line, assist in monitoring shared mailboxes and calendars for office and accounting and assist with communication where needed
• Company’s physical infrastructure, physical plant and maintenance: assist with managing phone and data systems, security, utilities, HVAC, landscaping, cleaning, garbage disposal, etc.
• Clerical support: printing, copying, filing of paperwork (physical/electronical), organizing, data entry, daily mail
• Making arrangements for visitors (hotel, transportation, entertainment)
• Other duties as assigned to assist finance department when needed due to change with growing business
