TRS Staffing is seeking an Aerospace Strategic Account Specialist for a leader in the aerospace manufacturing sector.
The Aerospace Strategic Account Specialist serves as a primary customer contact for designated current and potential strategic aerospace accounts. This individual will provide exceptional customer service by coordinating focused activities between internal resources and designated customers. This individual will also be responsible for receiving and screening all key customer correspondences while leveraging additional internal resources as needed to meet customer expectations. The Aerospace Strategic Account Specialist will utilize their aerospace market knowledge to assist with strategy development, at both the company and individual account levels. Other responsibilities include accurate order entry, complete document facilitation and review, and other customer support activities as required to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Effectively facilitates the order fulfillment process in a manner that promotes building and maintaining positive, effective relationships with customers and Team Members.
Effectively communicates with customers and Team Members to serve as liaison between all parties involved in the order fulfillment process.
Maintains accurate customer pricing in MXP/SAP; submits price supports to pricing team; provides basic price quotes while adhering to target margin guidelines, with appropriate follow up.
Utilizes thorough product knowledge to provide service options and alternatives to customers; engages Sales and Technical Support when appropriate.
Producing Results - Meets or exceeds established goals and objectives
Provides Stellar Service - Meets or exceeds both customer and Team Member requirements utilizing customer service concepts and techniques.
Customer Support Function - Knowledge of the major responsibilities, accountabilities and organization of the customer support function..
Solutions Development - Knowledge of and ability to work with customers to assess needs and generate appropriate solutions to problems or identified needs.
Knowledge of Product Line - Knowledge of full line of products and associated applications and uses.
Effective Communication & Teamwork - Ability to effectively transmit, receive and accurately interpret ideas, information and needs through the application of appropriate communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Office software, including Word and Excel; requires ability to learn internal database and software systems, i.e. MXP. Experience with MS Outlook, MS Teams, and Sharepoint preferred.
Associates Degree in a business-related field
Minimum 3-5 years related experience. Experience in a business-to-business account support and distribution role strongly preferred. Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures related to customer service including experience with Aerospace grade, perishable, certifiable materials having specific shelf-life and out-time requirements.
