BIM Deployment Manager

Our client, a major player in the consulting industry is seeking a BIM Deployment Lead to join their multidisciplinary team in Toronto, ON. The suited individual for this role will take the lead on BIM and CADD deliverables while coordinating the technical compliance between projects of different scopes. Job duties:
- Coordination and revision of BIM data between all involved parties, technical advisors and external third parties
- Liaison between major departments on projects to support construction sequencing between the BIM team, construction, project controls and logistics
- Be a contributing player in the long-term technical development of the team, mentoring junior staff members, and developing specialized training programs
both internally and for clients to create a high-performing culture
- Ensure compliance to timelines, schedules, policies, and processes on projects as well as implementation of action plans where fit
- Produce 4D simulations for project data purposes for project stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Supervisory/ team management and development experience
- Proven success in the management and delivery of complex technical projects
- Project experience as a project lead on infrastructure and engineering projects
