Client Overview:
An opportunity to work for French engineering group involved in the areas of infrastructure and transport systems, planning, water and environment. They also involved in the business of setting up projects and operations for roads and airports
Job Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities are:
• Experience in Infrastructure sector with major experience in Water & Urban sectors
• Business Planning (business growth/ bid strategies/ market intelligence)
• Initiate Business development strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market.
• Knowhow of competition, peer companies & their market /business position
• Responsible for all areas of client management and support including identifying clients, presenting capabilities, responding to RFQ/Tenders, Bidding.
• Liaison with Government & private organizations, monitor, review & report on all business development activities.
• Responsible for identifying new opportunities PAN India/ Regional basis.
• Responsible to report monthly on performance against budget, forecasts and key projects.
• Strategic management of key customers of the organization
• Grow repeat business with the clients and keep management abreast of developments
• Communication of organizational vision, values and ethics
• Cooperating with other company’ other Directors/ group companies to explore areas of mutual co operation
• Company’s India brand visibility by representation in committees, regional bodies etc.
• Understanding of tender process and document coordination
• Strong Commercial acumen
• Engineering Consultancy experience preferred
• Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues.
• Strategic Mind-set and Focus
• Analytical thinking, tolerant of ambiguity and decisive judgement
• Better if the candidate coming from emerging companies and have seen exponential rise
• Capability of networking and building strategic partnerships
• Keep updated knowledge of external business environment
Experience and Competency required
• Experience: min 15 years
• Understanding of tender process and document coordination
• Strong Commercial acumen

Qualifications:
B Tech + MBA preferred (Exceptional candidate can also be referred with any other qualification)
