We currently seek a Civil / Structural Supervisor to work in Kazakhstan. This is a 6x3 weekly rotational contract role, scheduled to run through until 2021 and starting ASAP.
Supervise the quality of the construction and assembly works, the contractors' observance of SNiPs, technical specifications and works method statement, quality of the materials and produce, their correspondence to the stipulated standards and technical specifications.
Advise the contractors on the matters of the construction legislation in force and other normative acts regulating the buildings and structures quality and safety, if required. Attend initial first issue Permit to Work (PTW) meeting. Countersign PA section of associated work permit
Attend and participate in all tool box talks. Ensure all mandatory and planned site inspections have taken place prior to task commencing. Inspect facilities, buildings and structures during the construction period
Inspect the buildings and structures to be accepted from the contractors after completing the construction work.
Participate in technical acceptance of the completed facilities, to draw up the required technical documentation.
Participate in the trial board job on acceptance of construction facilities and their commissioning
Monitor the quality of imperfection and defect elimination by construction companies at a commission stated time. Supervise critical stages of the activities. Remain at the work place at all times when the PA carries out works to ensure safe work performance. Ensure on-going good housekeeping of the work site. Ensure site is left in a clean, tidy and safe manner for hand-over to operations on completion of the work
