My client is is one of the leading consultancies to the Aviation and Rail sectors. Due to an increase in workload they seek Commercial Managers x5 to work on one of their major flagship projects based in London paying a salary of £40-60,000 + excellent benefits.

As the Commercial Manager you will have knowledge of the following:
Pre-Contract - Estimating, Cost Planning, Value Engineering
Contract Experience - Main contractor negotiation, contract drafting, contract administration
Change Control
Project Close Out

You must have experience of:
Commercially managing investment projects


NEC contract experience preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.

The client is very agile and open on sector background - Willing to consider candidates from Aviation, Rail, Civil, Oil and Gas sectors.
