Our client is one of the region's leading construction companies and are looking for a Construction Manager to deliver a five star hotel project in Saudi Arabia.
Candidate requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years total experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or similar
- Essential to have experience of delivering multiple hotel projects in GCC region - either in Saudi Arabia, UAE or Qatar
- Worked for contracting company on delivering hotel projects including fit out work.
- Ideally worked on hotel projects alongside consultants, but not essential
- Fluent in English
