Construction Supervisors (Mechanical Piping + E&I +CSA) Marseille

We are currently recruiting Discipline Supervisors for our project in the South of France.
We need French speakers who are able to work in France and have the necessary documentation. Relocation costs will not be covered.
Les superviseurs de discipline reportent au directeur de la construction et sont responsables des activités de construction spécifiquement liées à la discipline. Les travaux seront divisés en trois (3) disciplines principales de construction :
1.Travaux civils, structurels et architecturaux.
2.Travaux mécaniques, de tuyauterie et d'isolation.
3. Travaux de systèmes de contrôle, d'instrumentation et d'installation électrique
Discipline Supervisors reporting to the Construction Manager and will be responsible for the construction activities specificly related to the discipline. Works will be divided in three (3) main construction disciplines:
Civil, Structural and Architectural works.
Mechanical, piping and insulation works.
Control systems and instrumentation and electrical installation works.
Discipline Supervisor main responsibilities will be:
Adhere to and support our HSE and Sustainability Policies. Lead a safe construction ensuring that discipline works are executed safely in compliance with project specific HSE program.
Planning and preparation of the discipline work in close coordination with the Construction Manager.
Coordinate with other Fluor Discipline Supervisors.
Lead the coordination and monitoring of contractors work to ensure that the construction activities are executed according to the requirements of the project.
Daily walk downs for verification of design compliance, and inspection activities for acceptance of facilities and systems to assure that systems are in compliance with the issued design, mandated codes, standards, and licensor requirements.
Review Contractos work orders to achieve the Work permit from the facility
Review within HSE supervisor the risk analisys for each work
Assist Project Control team in schedule and progress update, and in the required reporting (daily, weekly and monthly).
Support the implementation of the Site Quality Manual.
Data collection to measure the progress of construction works.
Attend daily meetings to review the works with facility team
Review certifications and progress reports submitted by contractors.
Mitigate potential claims by an optimize contractors’ coordination.
Ensure that information needed to develop as-built documentation is collected and provided by the Contractors.
Manage Discipline punch list progress on a daily basis.
Facilitate completion of the Discipline systems per the schedule and know the status of systems coming due in upcoming weeks.
Participate in walk downs for system punch listining.
Notify the Turnover Manager when a system is ready for a punch walk-down.
Work with the construction team (including contractors) to remove any roadblocks to systems completion.
Works supervision until Mechanical completion achievement
Assist the client during MER activities
Electrical supervisor will review completeness for ATEX certifications on works included on the projects
Mechanical supervisor will review documentation to complete dossiers according with PED requirements if required
