A Leading Engineering, Procurement and Construction company are recruiting for a Contracts Technician/Administrator to work on a long term contract based in Pembroke, Wales on a Refinery project.
As Contracts Administrator you will be supporting the Site Contracts Administrator with Administration of Site Contracts, including the following:
- Contractor Daily Reports - receiving and processing the Contractor Daily Reports for progress tracking and identification of variations
- Administering Sub Contract accounts - expediting approvals for Contractor's monthly progress claims, preparing payment certificates
- Administration of site instructions, change orders and letters
- Weekly and monthly Contractor progress meetings and progress reports
The successful candidate will have Contracts Administration experience previously on an Oil&Gas, Refineary or other major project.
This role is based in Pembroke and only local candidates will be considered or candidates happy to live locally to the site at their own cost.
