We at TRS are currently looking for a talented, highly motivated Contracts Administrator for a position based in Calgary, AB to support our client, a world leading EPCM.
Participate in the pre-qualification of bidders including and not limited to; capabilities, capacities and financial research.
Monitor and track compliance to HSE, quality and financial procedures
Prepare, maintain, retrieve and communicate records, reports and/or documents to meet management requirements
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor degree with 4-6 years of directly related EPCM experience, and / or up to 8 years of a combination of experience and education.
Experience in contract management, subcontract administration, and/or procurement experience supporting engineering and construction projects
Experience developing negotiating contract terms and conditions specifically for contracts related to services, construction, engineering, materials and equipment installation
Experience with administering the request for proposal (RFP) process for contractors
