Control System Drafter

Job Title: Drafter - Control Systems

Industry: EPC (Oil& Gas)

Years of experience: 3-8 years

Key Responsibilities:
Diploma / ITI with 3-8 years (not more than 8 years.) of design engineering experience as a Drafter or Designer in a Consulting / Engineering environment pertaining to Hydrocarbon / Petro-chemical / Oil & Gas / Chemical & Fertilizer sectors.

Able to work on standard drawings, Perform Layouts, Perform Material takeoffs & estimates, Interpret and apply procedures / standards / specifications while checking.

Preferably have work experience of working in 3 D environment i.e., PDS / PDMS with knowledge of CAD tools like Microstation / AutoCAD and INtools.

Candidate having work experience in Instrument modeling, 2D Extraction of Instrument, Fire& Gas Location Plans, JB Plans, Bulk MTO, Project Standards, Creation of PDS / PDMS Edens. Ability to run 3D model reviews with client.

Having experience in Preparation of Loop Diagram, Hookup Diagram, Control Schemes, Control Room Layouts, Vessel Sketches, Cable routing layouts, Control panel layouts, Interconnection diagrams, Cable Tray Sizing will be preferred.

Adhere to industry codes and standards as well as department practices and procedures

Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed

Other duties as assigned

Other Job Requirements 

Exposure / experience in Instrument Index, wiring, loop diagrams, DDP Module of INtools.
