Cooperation Manager

We are working alongside a major Offshore Wind Developer in Germany. They have an exciting requirement for a Cooperation Manager to work on a 18 month contract/freelance basis, on a major Offshore Wind Farm construction project.

This role will be working remotely with some travel to the clients offices in Hamburg when restrictions are lifted.

Main responsibilities:

i. Ensure appropriate CfD contract administration, support on CfD application process for Polish offshore projects as part of the administrative process with the Polish regulator and EU Commission
ii. Liaise with internal and external stakeholder on the CfD application process and assist to manage all activities for the in time and quality development of documentation, reviews and alignments
iii. Liaise with Offshore Development, Regulatory, Legal, Finance and stay informed about the country specific regulatory framework and its application on the CfD application and award process
iv. Ensure appropriate Grid connection contract administration, support on preparation and negotiation process for Polish offshore projects as part of the cooperation management with the Polish transmission system operator
v. Liaise with internal and external stakeholder on the TSO agreement process and assist to manage all activities for the in time and quality development of documentation, reviews and alignments
vi. Liaise with Offshore Development, Regulatory, Legal, Finance and stay informed about the grid specific framework and its application on the grid capacities and award process
vii. Ensure appropriate contract management for development activities and safeguard execution to program and cost in accordance with the scope of the contract, where appropriate require actions to ensure targets are met
viii. Ensure timely reviews of due diligence documentation, project audits or peer reviews to ensure that evaluations are progressing in a satisfying manner
ix. General support for all reporting works for the Polish offshore wind projects
x. Provide transparency and awareness as basis for project decisions
xi. Establish standard reporting tools in financial project management
xii. Ensure appropriate databook management for internal approval and business development processes
xiii. Interface management for implementation of efficient operative workflows
xiv. Contribution on timely responses to all information needs
xv. Contribution to improvement initiatives and optimization programs
xvi. Working when needed in Poland
xvii. Close alignment with project team and further internal and external interfaces within the financial project management remit
xviii. Compliance with the client and other project relevant guidelines
xix. Assist to coordinate external neutral opinions and timely reviews of Q&A documentation to ensure evaluations are progressing in a satisfying manner
xx. Support to financial project management on all respective Polish offshore projects

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Offshore Wind project execution experience
- Financial Management
- Cooperation Management
- Contract Management
- Project Management
