Design/Build Manager P3 (AB)

As they anticipate continuous and dramatic growth this year, their P3/PPP Division is currently looking for a Design Build Manager who has the option to work either in their Vancouver, Calgary or Edmonton office.

Details and Requirements:
- Civil Engineering Degree
- P.Eng in AB
- PE registration in WA is an asset
- This role requires someone to manage a team of 15-20 professionals (Engineers, Designers, Technologists, etc.)
- At least 10 years of local BC/ON experience in engineering consulting firms with focus in design build multi-million dollar P3, watermain, and infrastructure projects
- Solid supervision, coaching and mentoring background
- Project management experience, proposal writing, understanding of MMCD documents, and coordination with internal stakeholders and other offices within North America is a must for this role
- Ability to interface with clients in the public sector
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
