Discipline Project Manager PMS

- Reports to the overall Project Manager
- Is end-to-end responsible and accountable for the discipline
construction contract: reporting, progress, planning and follow-up
- Manages contractors on site with regard to technical and engineering
aspects
- Reports in detail to / coordinates with Engineering and Construction
Manager
- Reports in detail to / coordinates with QA/QC and other PM's
- Provides input for the weekly/monthly reporting
- Highlights risks and mitigations plans
- Safeguards compliance with quality and safety in design plans and
takes remediating action as needed
- Manages engineering productivity and progress, addresses technical
queries
- Manages the relationship with the contractor at all levels and is the
single point of contact for the contractor.
- Reviews technical drawings and documents to ensure integrity and
identifies optimization/value engineering opportunities
- Participates in on-site reviews and technical problem solving

Requiremenst:
- MBO/HBO technical study, Civil or Industrial
- At least 10 years of experience in the discipline PMS
- Technical engineering and construction knowhow with regard to the PMS
discipline
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to set priorities
