Document Controller/Secretary | Part-Time - Sydney
We are seeking an experienced Document Controller/Secretary help support our Sydney operation. This is a Part time position that will be based in Sydney's Barangaroo office.
The position is responsible for supporting the management and maintaining data for infrastructure projects as well ensuring systems, processes and documentation align to required standards. An essential part of the role is to meet deadlines and deliver quality documents with time management place as a high priority.
Your Skills and Attributes:
Experience with document control, project controls, project administration or quality control on large infrastructure projects.
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal customers and key external stakeholders.
Ability to multitask and work within a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
Intermediate/Advanced computer skills including Adobe, Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
