Our client is one of the region's leading construction companies and are looking for an Estimation & Bidding Manager to join on a permanent basis.
The company is a building contractor and has projects such as high-rise buildings, hotels, residential buildings, commercial buildings etc.
Minimum requirements:
- Should have at least 10 years experience
- Worked for building contractors
- Fluent in English
Candidates should have following abilities:
1- Possess experience and knowledge in building Construction
2- Understand tender and bidding norms and procedures
3- Review company strategies in market positioning and align prospect tenders
4- Manages the bidding process and technical proposals
5- Manage a team of engineers to prepare tender submittals
